VoIP Option

With the Voice over IP technology, a simple network connection is enough to broadcast your alarms. No phone lines nor modems are needed anymore.
To be able to run, a connection to a SIP server is necessary. This must be compatible with the following specifications:

  • ​SIP protocol supported : RFC 3261
  • Supported auto formats: G711 Mu Law and G711 A law
  • DTMF management: RFC 2833, SIP INFO

By default, the Alert solution allows you to make 2 simultaneous VoIP calls (SIP protocol). With the VoIP option, you can extend this limit beyond 2 simultaneous calls.
