ALERT : Option Interactive Vocal Server (IVR) 

Interactive Vocal Server option (IRV)(starting Alert V4)

This option provides you with a fully scriptable voice server. You can remotely retrieve, modify, listen to, and control all types of information available in Alert, as well as offer various services on incoming calls, such as connecting you to the on-call agent at the time of your call, without being affected by the current schedule. This feature is fully configurable via the Message Processor Toolkit module, which is not included in this IVR option, nor is the text-to-speech functionality required for dynamic text reading.
