Interactive Vocal Server option (IRV)(starting Alert V4)
This option allows you to have a fully configurable voice server by script. You will be able to retrieve / modify / listen / remotely control any type of information available in Alert but los offer various services on incoming calls such as being put in touch with the agent on call at the time of the call for example without worrying of the current schedule.
This function is fully configurable via the Message Toolkit Processor module, which is not included in this IVR option, as is the speech synthesis necessary if you want to read text dynamically.
