1. AlertWeb page display problem
When you have a problem with Alertweb you have to:
1. Check the user that run AlertX (Interactive user)
2. Check that the application pool is compatible 32 bits if your computer is x64.
3. Check that the DefaultAppPool is started.
2. Problem of disconnection after 20 min
From time to time Alertweb is disconnected automaticaly. To avoid that you need to set to 0 these 2 parameters:
IIS-> Pools d'applications : AlertWebPools : avanced parameters
