This part will help you deal with common issues you may encounter with the VoIP driver.
The driver could not be initialised (code 1): The IP port selected for the driver may already be used by another piece of software. Go to the connexion tab and change what port should be used.
The phone rings but no sound is played after picking up: Check that the network card you selected is the correct one. Under the connexion tab, check that the IP address selected is the one of the selected card. This address must have access to your VoIP server.
Your sound file could not be player: The audio format may not be supported by Alert. The audio file must be mono and must use the PCM format, either 8 or 16 bits.
