This part will help you deal with common issues you may encounter with the VoIP driver.
The driver can't be initialized (code 1):
The IP port configured in the SIP driver is already used by another program. Change its value
in the Connection tab.
The phone rings, but no sound is played when picked-up:
Check the network card used by Alert. In the Connection tab select the correct IP address
(network card). This address must have access to the telephony network.
File XX can't be played (code 4):
The audio file format is not supported by Alert. Check the audio file format. It must be PCM
(no compression) mono in 8 or 16 bits.
